Returns


We want you to be happy with your purchasing experience from MOA Customs! RMA requests from customers who have a registered account with MOA Customs can submit a request directly on their dashboard when logged in to their MOA online account. RMA requests from customers who purchased products from MOA Customs directly and checked out as a guest can do so by contacting us at support@moacustoms.com. You will need to provide your order number and email address associated with your order. 


Our return policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you 100% store credit, or offer you a refund, less 15% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 15% restocking fee (totaling 30%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Original and return shipping are not refundable.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:

1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.

2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.

3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.

4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

Unless explicitly stated by MOA Customs, any coupon codes provided for customer use are discounts for products, not shipping. Original and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Insurance Policy:

MOA Customs includes insurance at customer request directly through the United States Postal Service (USPS). For details on coverage through USPS please visit their website and refer to section 4. MOA Customs will not be responsible for insured packages that fall under the USPS coverage guidelines.

Undeliverable Packages:

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, an attempt to contact you will be made and you will be issued a refund for the order less the original shipping cost.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact MOA Customs Support at support@moacustoms.com

Rejecting Receipt:

Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without MOA Customs consent and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($2 minimum). Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be re-billed to the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refund amount.

Reshipping:

Unless arrangements are made before delivery, orders that are returned to us will be restocked and are not able to be shipped again. A new order will need to be placed.

Missing Packages:

Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected timeframe and are not able to be located by tracking information (if available). US Postal Service, and other shipping providers, state to wait at least 5 business days after the expected delivery date to consider any missing packages. During times of severe weather, heavy mail times, holiday seasons etc, this time frame should be increased to 10 business days after the expected delivery date. If the package has not been delivered within this set time frame it may be considered missing.

No Movement Tracking Numbers:

Regardless if shipping insurance was purchased or not- If the tracking number received states there has not been an official scan by the USPS, FedEx or UPS please notify us immediately. Please allow MOA Customs at least 10 business days to conduct a thorough investigation, which includes communications with the local carrier service (or other shipping provider). If the package has not been found and/or delivered within this set time frame it may be considered missing and necessary steps will be taken thereafter.

MOA Customs is not responsible for packages that are marked as shipped and/or delivered within the appropriate time frame that are claimed as missing or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim in this situation.
