Prices are as follows:

For example, if you are filing as a trust and there are three trustees, the cost would be $75. $45 for the first trustee and $15 each for the additional trustees.
What you’ll need to do:

Create an ATF Eforms Account

Bring your Pin # and user information with you

If filing as a trust, bring a copy of your executed trust (either printed or in .pdf format)

ALL trustees must complete a responsible persons questionnaire and submit prints and photos. If these documents are not provided by you, then the each trustee must be present to complete these requirements.
What you’ll get:

An assist in filing the Form 1 on the ATF Efile website.

A USB Flash Drive containing all your digital documents to include a .pdf copy of your trust (if needed) and the passport photo and EFT digital fingerprint file of each member of the trust, along with the submitted copy of the Form 4 package.
